Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and safety-focused IMCA Air Diving Supervisor to oversee offshore diving operations on construction, inspection, or maintenance projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the dive team, ensuring compliance with IMCA guidelines, and delivering safe and efficient subsea operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Witness critical operations such as equipment mobilization, ROV dives, CP surveys, FMD inspections, ACFM, pipeline/free-span rectification, or mattress installations.
Qualifications and Experience
Valid IMCA-recognized Air Diving Supervisor certificate.
Minimum 5 years’ offshore diving experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of offshore construction, inspection, and maintenance procedures.
Valid offshore medical (OGUK or equivalent) and BOSIET/FOET.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of IMCA regulations and safety standards.
Experience with dive control systems and diving spread management.
Preferences
Previous experience supervising diving operations in the Middle East.
Familiarity with DP vessels, SBM systems, & pipeline installation projects.
Additional certifications (e.g., CSWIP, NDT, Rigging Supervisor) are an advantage.
