Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive ROV Supervisor to lead remotely operated vehicle (ROV) operations for offshore subsea inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on ROV piloting experience and demonstrate the ability to supervise a team of technicians, ensure safety compliance, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with third-party surveyors, auditors, or certification bodies onboard.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in ROV operations, including piloting and maintenance.
Proven experience with work-class ROV systems (e.g., Seaeye, Triton).
Valid IMCA ROV certification or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of subsea inspection and intervention tasks.
Familiarity with ROV tools (manipulators, CP probes, UT gauges, etc.).
Offshore survival certifications (BOSIET/FOET with, Medical, H2S).
Good communication, team leadership, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferences
Prior work experience in the Middle East region.
