Job Summary
To provide technical expertise in the planning, execution, and troubleshooting of subsea survey operations including geophysical, hydrographic, and positioning tasks. The Subsea Survey Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operation of survey sensors and data acquisition systems onboard survey and construction support vessels.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the liaison between the client, contractor, and vessel crew to ensure clear communication and proper execution of the work scope.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in, Hydrography, Geophysics, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore survey operations, preferably in subsea construction or IRM.
Hands-on experience with survey software and systems (e.g. QINSy, EIVA, Sonardyne, Kongsberg).
Familiar with IMCA standards for survey operations.

BOSIET / FOET
Offshore Medical Certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
H2S Awareness (if required by project)
